Visas

U. S. citizens apply and pay for a Turkish visa upon arrival in Istanbul. Non- U.S. citizens must apply for visas for Greece and Turkey before departure from the U.S.

Transportation

You can easily walk from the residence hall to all campus facilities. Alternatively, there is a free shuttle bus to and from the dorm. Boğaziçi University is on top of a hill in Etiler above the harbor in Bebek. It is approximately 30 minutes by bus from central Istanbul. You will receive a transportation pass which you can use to travel around Istanbul.
