Learning does not begin or end in the classroom. To help you get a true taste of Spanish culture, the Resident Director arranges several cultural activities.

Past activities have included:

  • Welcome dinner: get to know your fellow AIFSers and the AIFS staff in Barcelona
  • Walking tours of Barcelona including:
    • Gothic Quarter including a tour inside the Cathedral
    • Jewish Quarter
    • Panoramic tour of the City and the Sagrada Familia monument
  • Visits to museums and monuments including:
    • Sagrada Familia
    • Park Güell
    • La Pedrera house
    • Salvador Dalí museum
    • Cathedral
    • Montserrat monastery
  • Farewell dinner
